Now Chair of the Advisory Committee and VP of Marketing, she is committed to growing the family business with heart, rigor, and vision. Mélanie divides her time between Quebec City and Northern California, where she works both in the office and outdoors, balancing strategy, creativity, and relaxation. Curious about everything, with keen judgment and a well-balanced sense of humor, she loves to learn, create, laugh, and above all, get things done. Her energy, sincerity, and strategic sense make her an inspiring leader, capable of combining performance and pleasure at work.
