Mélanie is the second generation to lead the family business, co-founded by her father, Bertrand, in 1981. With nearly 30 years of experience in industrial design and market development, she loves bringing ideas to life, launching projects and exploring new opportunities for the company.

A creative and pragmatic entrepreneur, Mélanie thrives when things are moving. She brings together people with different expertise, asks the tough questions and turns ambitious ideas into concrete projects. She believes the best solutions often come from collaboration, curiosity and a willingness to try.

She brings that same energy to the mountains. Hiking and outdoor adventures remind her that you cannot always control the terrain or the resources at hand. You have to prepare, adapt, trust your team and keep moving, one step at a time. She approaches challenges at M2S with that same mix of boldness, sound judgment and enjoyment of the journey.
