VP Operations
Alain is our compass in the storm. Always in good spirits—even when operations take him on a roller coaster ride—he stays the course with calm and humor.
Honest and direct, he tackles challenges with clarity and rigor, never losing his sense of balance. Persevering and methodical, Alain never gives up... except to slip in a well-placed joke to lighten the mood.
His career at M2S has been remarkable: hired in 1988 as a technical draftsman in R&D, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a team leader and then a project manager. After two years managing operations at a product company, he returned to M2S in 2001. Since then, he has held the positions of supervisor, director of operations, director of digital projects, and, since 2023, he has brilliantly assumed the role of vice president of operations.
Having led several departments, Alain has seen it all—and it shows. His ability to take a step back, make the right decisions, and motivate teams with a smile makes him a natural leader.
In short, Alain is the ally you want to have when the going gets tough—and the one who reminds us that even in chaos, we can move forward with heart and clarity.
