With over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, François has worked in many areas of the company: accounting, purchasing, finance... until taking charge of Finance and Human Resources in 2008.
His leadership style? No long, drawn-out speeches: François leads by example. Always on the go, he inspires confidence with his positive energy and that famous smile that never leaves his face. His strengths? Responsibility, efficiency, and a formidable ability to maximize every resource.
And when he's not juggling numbers or talent, he can be found on a tennis court, a pickleball court, a golf course, or a volleyball court. Suffice it to say that his team spirit doesn't stop at the office.
